It did not begin as a lifetime goal for Robbie Jones to be a horse stable manager or to write about his life with horses; this fact just happened. It came about slowly and by chance. His love for horses began an incredible journey for him that is still progressing today.
It all began with a simple letter to a major horse publication. The letter was a heartfelt look at a small group of horses that Mr. Jones had the opportunity to rescue. Once that letter was published and in the public eye, he had an unexpected exposure that led to an appointment with a small horse foundation.
This unlikely appointment lasted 7 years. After several successful years of horse rescue management, he received another big break when a large, closed horse stable came up for lease. The rest, you could say, was an amazing 20-year circus of horses and people. He took over the management of 70 horse stalls and was forced to make ends meet each month. That meant buying and selling horses and an endless stream of riding lessons. Caring for up to 100 horses for twenty years led to experiences with horses that many would find unimaginable.

Quickly, he learned after writing for 50 different horse websites that he had a flare for writing about the people and the animals that made this endless job worth doing. His first book, "Your First Horse: Fun Beginner Horsemanship," was an instant hit and a quick seller with anyone that was entering horse ownership for the first time.
After five additional horse titles, like "How to Plan for Disaster with Your Horses" and "Successful Winter Horse Care," his writing career flourished. But it was a chance meeting with the famous horseman, John Lyons, that changed everything for Robbie. From John, he quickly learned how horses think and what it took to truly become partners with these majestic animals. It was these years that changed everything.
After five additional horse titles, like "How to Plan for Disaster with Your Horses" and "Successful Winter Horse Care," his writing career flourished. But it was a chance meeting with the famous horseman, John Lyons, that changed everything for Robbie. From John, he quickly learned how horses think and what it took to truly become partners with these majestic animals. It was these years that changed everything.
In Robbie's newest book, "The Many Wonders of Horses," he goes into detail about all the reasons why horses are such a special and unique animal. That book will be released on April 15, 2023. This year will be a memorable one for Robbie and his publishing staff. As if the latest book was not even off the presses, he is now releasing word that another important work will be ready for release soon. This book will prove to be one of his best, and he has been working on the important content for 20 years.
The release of "How to Buy and Sell Horses for Fun and Real Profits" is set to be available on June 1st of this year. This book will reveal all the secrets and worthwhile tips he learned from over twenty years of selling, buying, and caring for his horse customers. Working tirelessly from Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the last two years, we all look forward to that release.
And if that was not enough from the author, there has been word that he will be releasing a book titled, "Confessions of a Horse Thief that was Guilty of Kindness." In this upcoming work, Robbie will release a large group of true life stories that took place at the horse stable he managed for 20 years. These amazing stories document the many adventures and tribulations that took place at the stable in Houston, Texas.
